The client owns the account
The client pays euro.support directly and grants management access to the partner. Access can be revoked at any time. Each client has one partner at a time.
The partner manages the application
The partner configures AI, knowledge, widgets and automations and monitors results. The client controls billing, ownership and team access. Partners must have permission to work with client data and protect its confidentiality.
20% of paid subscriptions
Earnings are based on verified subscription payments after discounts, excluding tax. Trials, unpaid invoices, internal accounts and extra usage are excluded. Refunds are deducted. It does not matter who introduced the client; active management is what counts.
Earnings while you manage
Eligibility starts when the client approves management, with no rewards for earlier payments. New earnings stop when management ends. Existing earnings remain recorded, subject to refund adjustments. Your own accounts do not qualify.
Settlement
Verified payments become available after 30 days. Settlement runs monthly from a balance of 50 EUR, USD or GBP, separately for each currency; smaller balances carry forward. Payouts are made by bank transfer after review and provision of billing details or documentation under the agreed settlement arrangement. Suspension pauses access and payouts pending resolution. Serious violations may result in termination.
