EURO.SUPPORT / LEGAL DOCUMENTS
Cookie Policy
Cookies and Similar Technologies on the Website, in the Client Area and Chat Widget
1. Scope
This Policy explains cookies, localStorage and similar technologies on the public euro.support website, in the Client Area and in the chat widget. The operator of the public website and Client Area is European Business Solutions s. r. o. Contact: info@euro.support.
If the Client embeds the widget on its own website, the Client is responsible for its cookie banner, legal basis and information provided to visitors. euro.support provides the technical widget and processes data according to the Client’s instructions; the Client may use this Policy as a basis for its own notice.
2. What Cookies and localStorage Are
A cookie is a small piece of text data stored by the browser and sent with subsequent requests. localStorage stores data in the browser without automatically sending it to the server. Session technologies expire when the session ends; persistent technologies remain until they expire or are manually deleted.
3. Necessary Technologies
We need necessary technologies for login, form protection, a secure OAuth process, storing cookie preferences and maintaining chat continuity. They do not enable advertising and, where used for a function expressly requested by the user, are used without analytical consent.
Name or Pattern | Purpose | Duration | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
.AspNetCore.Identity.Application | Login to the Client or administrator area and session protection. | Session; for persistent login, normally no more than 14 days | euro.support |

.AspNetCore.Correlation.* | Temporary verification of a secure return during Google login. | Several minutes / until login is completed | euro.support |
euro-support-commerce-oauth | Verification of the return when connecting a commerce platform, such as Shopify. | 15 minutes | euro.support |

cookies-analytical | Storage of consent to or refusal of analytical cookies. | 180 days | euro.support |
cookies-ads | Storage of consent to or refusal of marketing cookies; the marketing tag is not currently loaded. | 180 days | euro.support |
euroSupport.chatId.<widgetId> | Technical identifier for chat continuity across the Client’s website pages. | Until the user deletes localStorage | localStorage on the Client’s website |
_euroSupport_chat:<widgetId> | Storage of the state of an ongoing chat in the widget. | Until the chat ends or localStorage is deleted | Widget localStorage |
_euroSupport_chatUser | Data entered by the user in the chat-start form so that it does not have to be entered repeatedly. | Until localStorage is deleted | Widget localStorage |
_euroSupport_settings | Technical widget settings, such as language or display. | Until localStorage is deleted | Widget localStorage |
clientSidebarCollapsed, adminSidebarCollapsed, playSound | User interface and sound settings. | Until localStorage is deleted | Client Area localStorage |
4. Analytical Cookies
We load Google Analytics 4 on the public website only after analytical cookies are permitted. It helps us understand aggregated use of the pages and improve their presentation. Google may process online identifiers under its own terms and data protection settings.
Name | Purpose | Default period | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Distinguishing visitors in Google Analytics 4. | 2 years; the browser may shorten the period | |
_ga_<measurement-id> | Storage of session state in Google Analytics 4. | 2 years; the browser may shorten the period |
5. Marketing Cookies
The marketing cookie option is available in the interface, but as of the date of publication of this Policy, euro.support does not load an advertising or remarketing tag. We will update the list before introducing one, and the technology will be activated only after the relevant consent is given.
6. How to Change Your Preference
You can change your preference at any time on the Cookies page via the Cookie Settings section. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Refusing analytics or marketing does not restrict basic use of the website or account. You can delete analytical cookies already stored in your browser settings; changing your consent will prevent them from being loaded again.
7. Browser Settings and the Client’s Widget
The browser allows you to view, block and delete cookies and local storage data. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, form submission, integration or chat continuity. On the Client’s website, also follow its cookie settings; the Client may load the widget only after the choice required by its legal assessment has been made.
8. Changes and Contact
We update the list when the technology, name or period changes. Actual names may contain a technical suffix generated by the framework or measurement identifier. Send questions to info@euro.support.
